Your Winter arc has started! Lol no I’m joking bro. You don’t need a Winter arc; you just need to fix your life. Today, I’m going to give you some easy things you can do to turn your life around. But just know that by finishing this content, you are signing a contract with yourself—a contract that comes with five specific terms that you must follow for the next 90 days.
Contract Term 1: You need to start a mandatory cut or bulk, and I’m going to show you 10 ways to do that:
- Go to a BMI calculator website, input your information, and determine if you’re overweight (start a mandatory cut) or underweight (start a mandatory bulk).
- Visit a calorie calculator, input your information, and find your daily metabolic rate. If you’re bulking, eat 400 calories more than the result; if you’re cutting, eat 400 calories less.
- Step on the scale every morning. For bulking, aim to gain 8 lbs (3.6 kg) per month; for cutting, aim to lose the same amount.
- Make exercising the first thing you do every morning. If you’re bulking, do 45 minutes of weight training and 15 minutes of cardio. If cutting, do 30 minutes of weight training and 30 minutes of cardio.
- After each workout, have a smoothie. Use two scoops of low-carb protein for cutting or high-carb protein for bulking.
- Choose the right food products. For bulking, opt for full-fat options; for cutting, go for low-fat versions so you can eat more without exceeding calorie limits.
- Check your hydration by pinching the loose skin on the back of your hand. If it snaps back quickly, you’re hydrated. Aim for 3 liters (about 6 pints) of water daily, especially while working out.
- To maximize muscle growth, focus on sets between 5–8 reps, with the last few taking you to absolute failure. Rest for 3 minutes before repeating.
- During lifts, focus on the eccentric portion (the lowering part of the movement) for maximum muscle growth.
- Delay your last meal until noon if cutting, but never skip breakfast if bulking.
If you follow these tips, it will completely change how you look.
Contract Term 2: Give yourself a glow-up to become unrecognizable:
- Mix your favorite fragrance into your body lotion so that you smell amazing every time you moisturize after a shower.
- Start washing your face with a face wash containing panthenol. It’s anti-inflammatory and helps reduce puffiness and acne scars.
- Begin oil pulling every morning. Swish a tablespoon of edible oil in your mouth for 10 minutes to improve oral health and whiten teeth.
- Use a moisturizer with vitamin C or tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate to brighten your skin.
- Adjust your showers based on the time of day. Use cold water in the morning to tighten skin and energize you, and warm water at night to relax and open pores.
- Apply Vaseline after moisturizer to lock in hydration.
- Use a shampoo with saw palmetto to prevent hair loss and a conditioner with pumpkin seed oil for the same effect.
- Place a clean towel over your pillow each night to reduce acne caused by bacteria.
Contract Term 3: Eliminate distractions:
Go ghost on all messaging platforms. Turn off read receipts and appear offline.
Use your phone’s color filter settings to turn the screen red and reduce blue light exposure before bed.
Place your phone on the other side of the room before sleeping so you’re forced to get up when the alarm goes off.
Cut pornography consumption by 80%. Instead of eliminating it entirely, control the frequency.
Use Parkinson’s Law to get tasks done faster. Give yourself less time than the task usually requires.
Limit caffeine intake to 50–100 mg daily for optimal focus.
Never work in bed. If you must work in your bedroom, at least move to a desk or chair.
